When we first announced our spring Peanuts production, we shared that we would be doing SNOOPY!!! The Musical. As we moved deeper into planning, we made the decision to switch to The World According to Snoopy—and we wanted to explain what that really means.

Because here’s the fun part:👉 They are closely related shows.

🐾 The World According to Snoopy Is an Updated Version of SNOOPY!!!

The World According to Snoopy is essentially a revised, refreshed version of SNOOPY!!! The Musical.

• Many of the songs are the same or very similar

• Much of the dialogue, humor, and character moments overlap

• The heart, themes, and Peanuts charm are absolutely still there

Think of it like a director’s cut or updated edition—same beloved material, presented in a slightly different structure.

• More of a continuous, traditional story arc

• A book-musical feel with scenes flowing in a clear narrative

• Built as a series of Peanuts “snapshots” and moments
